Today, the Georgian Pool Championship (8-ball) started in Tbilisi, where the Adjara team is represented by six players. The draw turned out to be unfavorable for our players - four Batumi players met in the first round, and in the second round, one of the team leaders, Lasha Modebadze, dropped out of the championship, losing to Georgi Dimitradze, also from Batumi. Instead, our team's newcomers, 12-year-old Alex Solomonidze and 13-year-old Levan Kikalishvili, won two victories each, and we will see them tomorrow in the 1/8 finals. Georgi Dimitradze and Ruslan Tebidze will also participate in the 1/8 finals.
