The European Championship in free pyramid among women and men kicked off at the Mukhran Vakhtangadze Batumi Sports Palace. The opening part of the championship was attended by the Deputy Ministers of Education and Sports of Ajara Irakli Abuladze and Ravshan Bezhanidze, the Head of the Sports Department Irma Nizharadze and representatives of the department. The championship will last for three days and 115 athletes from 14 countries will compete in it. It is noteworthy that the Georgian National Billiards Team will represent Georgia at the European Championship with 25 athletes, of which 5 athletes will be represented by the Ajara team.
